Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We are only able to offer refunds, returns and exchanges on damaged products. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you received the wrong product, please email us within 5 business days of receiving your order at shop@unboundnow.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
